Ayodeji DF Oluleye, a development advocate, community organizer, and long-standing voice for youth empowerment in Akure, unveiled the Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group, a platform of young, vibrant, Akure-born professionals committed to the progress and rapid development of the ancient city.
Speaking in Akure, Oluleye described the Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group as “a homegrown initiative of thinkers, doers, and patriots united by the belief that Akure deserves more – more development, more opportunities, and a stronger voice in governance.”
“Ògo Àkúré represents the pride, potential, and prosperity of our people. Through this platform, we will harness the energy of Akure’s brightest minds to push for reforms, investments, and policies that lift our people,” he stated.
In the same breath, Oluleye extended his warm congratulations to Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa on his resounding victory at the Appeal Court, calling it “a triumph of democratic integrity and judicial fairness.”
“Governor Ayedatiwa’s victory affirms the will of the people and restores confidence in our democratic institutions. I urge all well-meaning citizens to rally behind his administration in the interest of progress, peace, and development in Ondo State,” Oluleye noted.
“Our city is rising, and the glory of Akure – Ògo Àkúré – will continue to shine,” he concluded.
